FIFA has given a penalty to Barcelona and the Spanish Football Association RFEF for dealing with young footballer. International Football Association FIFA said this in a statement on Wednesday.

FIFA has found that engagement of the Spanish Football Association with this work. So RFEF is also fined with five million Swiss Francs. FIFA has given one-year period to RFEF for bringing changes in the International Transfer rules of young footballers.
