Lok Sabha election is going to be started at the middle of April, this year. ‘Voting will be held by five phases, said the country’s election commission.

The election agenda will be published at the end of February or beginning of March. During the Lok Sabha election, legislative election will be held in Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and Sikkim. The election commission also said that the vote on account budget would be submitted before the Lok Sabha election notification would be published. However, talks are still going on in the Election Commission about the process of vote taking. It will be either in five phases like the other years or a round of voting will be extended.

This time the number of voter will increase to 80 million. Two million election workers and security guards will be deployed in various election booths to complete the election peacefully. However, to finalize the decision in this regard, the Election Commission will discuss it with the central Home Minister. Fifteenth Lok Sabha of India will end on one June and according to the constitution; the new Lok Sabha will have to be constituted within 31 May.
