On Wednesday, Delhi Police arrested Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal.
After hearing defamation case filed by BJP President Nitin Gadkari Delhi’s Patiala court judge, Gomati Manocha ordered Kejriwal to give 10 thousand rupees for granting bail. However, the former Chief Minister of Delhi refused to take bail by giving 10 thousand rupees. On hearing Kejriwal said, “This is a political case; I am ready to go to jail if necessary. I don’t want a conditional bail.
After that, the judge ordered to take Kejriwal in judicial custody until the next hearing on May 23. Sources said he will be kept in Tihar jail until Friday. Continue reading

The resigned Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal’s Aam Aadmi Party has published the list of candidates in the upcoming parliamentary election of India. 20 candidates were announced earlier this year.
Last Sunday this list was announced after the meeting of the Political Affairs Committee of Aam Aadmi Party. According to the published list, Bishwas Kumar will stand against the Congress Co-President Rahul Gandhi in Lok Sabha election. Aam Aadmi Party has selected Ashutosh to stand against Congress leader Kapil Sibal in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk constituent. Social activist Medha Patekar is standing in North-West Mumbai. One of the top leaders of Aam Aadmi Party, Yogendra Yadav will compete the contest from the constituency of Gurgaon. In Uttar Pradesh Baba Hardev will compete against Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav. From South Mumbai Aam Aadmi Party leader Meera Sanyal will stand against Milind Deora. Anjali Damania is the candidate of AAP in Nagpur. She wills competes the former BJP President Nitin Gadkari. From Farrukhabad Mukul, Tripathi will stand against External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid. Lawyer HS Phoolka will stand in the election from Ludhiana. Aam Aadmi Party
Aam Aadmi Party is a political party of India. This team was officially established on November 6, 2012. In 2011, they’re created differences in politicization of the famous‘ India Against Corruption’ between the two anti-corruption activists Arvind Kejriwala and Anna Hazare regarding ‘Jon Lokpal’ bill pass. This party has been established in this regard. The Anna Hazare opposed to conducting that movement to the political path. On the contrary, Kejriwala wanted to conduct that movement through a democratic process.
After the establishment, this party began to take part in different protest movement programs. Aam Aadmi Party runs their movement by alleging an illegal collaboration between government and non-governmental organizations for electricity and water price hike in Delhi. General Election 2014 in India

‘Aam Aadmi Party’ leader Arvind Kejriwal had announced that he would not take special security and bungalow prepared for Chief Minister. However, he is breaking his promise by shifting to that duplex building along with family. The area of that luxurious house is 9000 square feet.
Before taking the oath as Chief Minister of Delhi, Kejriwal had announced that he would live like a general person. He also said that he would not take police protection and government advantages. The creator is his only security. However, he is going to live in that government duplex building by brooking his promise. ‘Aam Aadmi Party’ sources have confirmed this. According to NDTV, Delhi Chief Minister has made the final decision live in that luxurious government building. In ‘Bhagwan Das Road’ of New Delhi, two alongside duplex buildings are being booked for Kejriwal. Its area is 9000 square feet. Each building has five bedrooms. One duplex building will be used for his living with family, and the other will be used as his office. After taking power, the opposition party has taken his promise breaking as their advantage. They strongly condemned this incident. But Kejriwal is unwilling to say that duplex house as a luxurious one. After asking by the reporters why he chose that luxurious house, Kejriwal invited them with the camera to his house to see the differences between his house and other chief minister’s house. It is not sure when he will shift to his new house, but sources said that very soon he would transfer here with his wife and family.
